'Transformers 3' IN 10 FILMS MOST ALL THE TIME
The third movie Transformers, starring Shia LaBeouf with Rosie Huntington-Whiteley managed to penetrate the revenues of U.S. $ 1 billion. The achievement was made 'Transformers Dark of the Moon' entry in the top 10 grossing films of all time.
Paramount Pictures CEO Brad Grey is very satisfied with the results obtained. Film director Michael Bay was the first film by Paramount Pictures that is able to surpass U.S. $ 1 billion over the last 99 years.
"We are very grateful for the hard work of Michael Bay and his team, executive producer Steven Spielberg, and all who are in the final film that helped Paramount Transformers became one of the best selling movie of all time," he said as reported detikhot.
Currently 'Transformers: Dark of the Moon' is ranked 10 grossing films of all time, under the 'Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows: Part Two' and 'The Dark Knight'. The film is still expected to touch U.S. $ 2 billion.
In early 2011 then, Michael Bay and Shia LaBeouf gave a statement to no longer want to be involved in the sequel 'Transformers'. They felt it was best to give their last performance in 'Transformers: Dark of the Moon'.
